Here at Yonderyear Farm, we grow flowers bound by Virginia’s natural seasons, and are available for weddings and events from April 1 until November 1 annually. We believe strongly in the local, natural flower movement because it allows what we grow to fold into our surrounding ecosystem, helping the environment and supporting its natural beauty. Sustainably-grown flowers are lush, distinctive and full of life, and we can’t imagine creating with anything less. Because we believe everyone should have access to fresh, local flowers, we offer three floral options for anyone planning a special event:

  1. DIY Flowers

    If you have buckets brimming with our freshly-harvested flowers and a bit of time, you can create a knockout event. Typically, our DIY Flower Buckets are a fit for clients with a floral vision and helping hands available one to two days prior to an event. Learn all about our DIY Flower Buckets though our FAQ page. If you only need 1-2 DIY Flower Buckets, please order them from our online shop with on-farm pickup here at Yonderyear or from the Gin Hotel or from Tuesdays and Fridays. More than this quantity of flowers, and we ask that you fill our our DIY Flower Bucket Request Form so that we’re fully prepared to schedule harvesting your order. We have no minimum for DIY Flower Bucket orders.

  2. Á La Carte Flower Menu

    If you’re considering Yonderyear Flowers for your big day, chances are you’re drawn to our bountiful garden-floral style. And, if you’re budget-concious and would like a combination of personal florals, arrangements and/or DIY Flower Buckets, then our customizable Á La Carte Flower Menu is for you! After submitting our online enquiry form, we’ll respond with our Á La Carte Flower Menu attached. Read through our detailed menu of options, reach out if you have any questions, and then submit all of your customized information in the menu order form. We take it from there and guide you through invoicing, pricing and pickup or delivery of your order. DIY Flower Buckets are available as an add-on for Flower Menu orders. Please note that orders from our Flower Menu require a $1,500 order minimum for delivery within Rockbridge County and a $2,000 minimum outside our locality. Please note that we do not offer delivery and setup (that is delivering flowers and placing them/arranging them onsite) for Á La Carte Flower Menu orders. Most clients coordinate this service with their event planner.

  3. Custom Design

    We love to stretch our creative side, and take a handful of clients each year to develop a bespoke flower vision. We guide you every step of the way from an initial consultation to on-site setup for your big day. Let our expertise help you create a standout flower show your guests will talk about for years. Our Custom Design is most suitable for clients desiring customization of design, specific flower and vessel selection, floral installations and on-site setup. Our Custom Design services require a $5,000 order minimum.
